Vapour phase soldering

Vapour-phase soldering is a reflow process in which heat is transferred via a controlled PFPE fluid vapour rather than hot air.

The vapour atmosphere is oxygen-free, and the soldering temperature is limited by the fluid’s boiling point — making overheating physically impossible under correct operation. The process delivers uniform heat distribution across complex assemblies, making it well-suited to prototypes, small-series production, and rework applications.
