The Ricoh SC-20 guides operators through assembly and inspection tasks using image recognition. The camera compares live workspace views against stored reference images, confirming each step is completed correctly before proceeding to the next.

How It Works

Create instruction sequences using the included software. The SC-20 displays each step on a connected monitor, uses shape, colour, and texture matching to verify correct completion, then advances automatically. Results are logged in CSV format with timestamps and pass/fail data.
