JBC R245039 Fine Chisel Cartridge for Precision Automation

The R245039 features a fine chisel tip measuring 1 x 0.5 mm, designed for SMD components and small pins in automated soldering applications. The short, thick body delivers optimised thermal performance.

Technical Features

This cartridge uses JBC’s square cross-section design for perfect centring and accurate vertical positioning in the soldering iron. The tip can be positioned in four orientations, adjustable in 90° steps.

Compatibility

Compatible with TR245 General Soldering Tool and TRA245 Automatic General Soldering Tool. Custom tip geometries are available through JBC’s customtips service.
